The 2008 season has seen the introduction of physiotherapy services at the Medical Centre. This has been set up and funded by the Chris Jones Riders Fund and is proving very popular with riders and also, when time permits, marshals and other bsb personnel.
There have been a number of favourable comments, including "why didn't we get this years ago?"

Very much part of the whole medical team, the physios take part in the multidisciplinary assessment and management of acute musculoskeletal injuries and the aftermath.
The sort of conditions treated include
* sprains
* fractures
* dislocations
* soft tissue bruising
* abrasions
They also can help with advice on exercises, recovery from injuries and conditions such as 'arm pump'.
