Availability is via the Racesafe web page which is now accepting availability for next season. If you do not have an account, please email the coordinator and one will be set up for you. If you have mislaid your password, there is a button just below the logon spaces on the Racesafe Marshall's panel page, where you can request another one to be emailed to you immediately. Remember to check any spam boxes, as your internet provider might direct the email into 'spam'. (other problems, see below) Allocation of places with expenses will be on the guidelines suggested from the 2010 survey - those with specialist skills, those who can do Fridays and/or have attended regularly, then first-come-first-served. Blue writing is for motorbike racing events that are not organised through BSB. You need to contact the relevant organiser direct. Red writing is for racing events where availability has been finalised. If you have not received an email and are expecting to come to the meeting, please check the Racesafe web page and email the coordinator asap.

How to use the Racesafe web site

Internet address is http://www.racesafe.org/

Click on "Marshals' Panel" button at top on right hand side
In the log in page, your Username is your Racesafe number.
Fill in all the boxes and click the Login button.
Careful ! you only get three attempts and are then locked out
If this happens, email the coordinator and a new password will be sent to you
(check your spam box)

Once logged on, scroll down the orange column on the left hand side
until you find "Availability" under "Availability & Training"

On the availability page, click the days (boxes) that you wish to change.
The colour and availability won't change or be saved until you click on the
"Update my Availability" button at the bottom of the page.

Make sure to click the "Update my Availability" button at the bottom of the page or your changes won't be saved!

Remember to update your availability during the season
- email, text and verbal messages are not guaranteed to get through to the database!
